Key Responsibilities
- will supervise, delegate work, and provide support and direction to the physical therapist(s) – degree as necessary, as well as participating in the assessment, treatment, education and evaluation for Spinal Patients.
- will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * 2 years of relevant experience Education * Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Other Education and Training * Current CPR Level C Competencies * Advanced - Problem solving skills * Advanced - Decision making skills Knowledge and Abilities * Knowledge in the continuum of spinal care * Ability to employ biopsychosocial approach in provisional care to patients * Ability to be flexible and willing to change * Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team * ability to communicate effectively with staff, physicians, families.
