- manage pressure injuries, venous/arterial ulcers, diabetic wounds, surgical wounds, and any other skin conc.
- Manage infection prevention and treatment, including antimicrobial stewardship Address pain management rela.
- implement early interventions Ensure appropriate nutritional support in collaboration with dietitians Collabor.
