About the Role

Join Otterbein SeniorLife as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate care to senior residents in a supportive environment. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments.
• Exhibit a positive professional image.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred.

• Starting pay from $35.00 per hour plus $3.00 shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Work Schedule

• Full-time 7a-7p shifts available.
