Key Responsibilities

The Lead Behavioral Health Technician manages daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, and medication administration. They also train and support the BHT team while ensuring compliance with all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and strong leadership skills. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are preferred, and those in recovery must have at least one year of sustained sobriety.
