Key Responsibilities
- Implement student engagement strategies Move students toward progress on goals Engage in data-driven instructi.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies Implement goals identified on student IEPs related to: Fi.
- Provide training for new COTAs under the guidance and supervision of the OT Conduct no less than 2 professio.
- Provide opportunities for shadowing, coaching, and modeling throughout the year for Tier 3 COTAs that requir.
Requirements
- Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Working Conditions: Work is routinely performed in an indoor classroom environment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $40K - $58K
- Signing bonus: $1,000.
