Requirements

Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required: 1.

Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, or eligible for Texas licensure, to be completed within 120 days of hire.

0-2 years experience in pharmacy services; hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Demonstrates high level of organizational skills 4.
