Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD)

Key Responsibilities

The psychotherapist will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They will provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess an active, unrestricted license such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD. At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or long-term care settings, is required.
