Key Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of all principles, theories and laws, policies and procedures that pertain to compounding- specifically USP,, other USP general chapters, and best compounding practices Perform pharmacist related activities such as patient consultation and error documentation Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) for personnel, compliance and regulatory matters.
