About the Role

- Conduct behavioral health consults for applicants as part of the medical waivers process.
- Schedule and perform clinical interviews for applicants.
- Determine the eligibility of applicants and ensure that all medical documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Document consults in a comprehensive clinical report, including electronic signatures.
Requirements
- Communicate results with Service Waiver Authority and respective units.
- Use medical accession standards to determine additional records, consults, or unofficial waivers needed for each applicant.
- Create and maintain tracking reports for scheduled consults required to finalize Medical Review determination.
- Maintain electronic records in a central, government-provided location, accessible by team members.
