Core responsibilities: Physicians will provide hospital medicine services at Delano Regional Medical Center, managing patient care in a 100-bed facility with 6-8 ICU beds. Responsibilities include handling approximately 15 encounters per day per hospitalist during the day and 3 encounters per night per nocturnist.
