Key Responsibilities
- Will Do as a Pharmacist for Onco360: * Communicate with and document all communication with patients, physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team * Review and evaluate medication orders physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
- Current pharmacy license in State of practice (Multi
- state licensure a plus)
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
