About the Role
Join Inova Health System as a Physical Therapist in United States. Inova Physical Therapy is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join the team. This role will be full-time, Monday- Friday, 2 late evenings until 7:00PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely by including all essential elements according to department policy.
- Completes discharge notes that include a summary of the course of treatment, progress toward goals, discharge needs, recommendations for follow-up and patient and/or family education.
