About the Role

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a full-time Pathology Informatics Specialist at the Assistant Professor level. This academic position supports anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, and clinical pathology laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead information systems lifecycle management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
  • Evaluate and implement digital imaging systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, laboratory, and clinical teams.
  • Participate in clinical services and resident education.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (M. D. or D. O.).
  • Board certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology.
  • Clinical Informatics board certified/eligible or equivalent fellowship experience.

  • Salary range $210,000 to $270,000 annually.
