About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his/her age, specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and participate in the administration of respiratory therapy modalities to adult, adolescent, pediat.

Requirements

  • Reports to the Director of Respiratory Services and receives input from the Charge Therapist.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience functioning as a Respiratory Therapist is desired.
  • Experience with adult, pediatric, and newborn patients is preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
