Key Responsibilities

Must have knowledge of and follow HIPAA guidelines and secure Protective Health information at all times * Must be able to perform CPR on infants, children, and adults without assistance * The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner * Assess patient needs and arrange for specialty referrals, diagnostic and in-patient care and make appropriate referrals for service * Responsible for documenting patient information and visit information into IMS’ Electronic Health Record in an accurate and timely manner * Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit.

Requirements

One year of post full licensure experience in the practice of medicine or osteopathic medicine

Possession of a license to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine in Arizona

Requires the ability to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashion
