About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Toms River, New Jersey. Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in-home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior therapy techniques per treatment plans.
• Collect and document behavior data accurately.
• Establish supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Provide training and support to clients in interpersonal and community living skills.
• Monitor client health status and report changes.

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
