About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical consultation and clinical support.

Lead the implementation and scaling of the CCBHC model, ensuring seamless integration of mental health, S.

develop and monitor CCBHC budgets, Prospective Payment System (PPS) revenue, and grant funding.

Conduct regular utilization reviews and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and timeliness for HFS and S.

Requirements

In collaboration with the Finance Department, develop and monitor CCBHC budgets, Prospective Payment System (PPS) revenue, and grant funding.

Ensure clinical data integrity supports accurate PPS billing and cost reporting.

Conduct regular utilization reviews and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and timeliness for HFS and SAMHSA reporting. Staff Development & Performance

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to team leaders and CCBHC clinical leadership. Conduct performance reviews based on productivity, documentation timeliness, and EBP adherence.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $115,000 and $130,000 annually

Signing bonus: $2,500.
