Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and clinical support.
- Lead the implementation and scaling of the CCBHC model, ensuring seamless integration of mental health, S.
- develop and monitor CCBHC budgets, Prospective Payment System (PPS) revenue, and grant funding.
- Conduct regular utilization reviews and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and timeliness for HFS and S.
Requirements
- In collaboration with the Finance Department, develop and monitor CCBHC budgets, Prospective Payment System (PPS) revenue, and grant funding.
- Ensure clinical data integrity supports accurate PPS billing and cost reporting.
- Conduct regular utilization reviews and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and timeliness for HFS and SAMHSA reporting. Staff Development & Performance
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to team leaders and CCBHC clinical leadership. Conduct performance reviews based on productivity, documentation timeliness, and EBP adherence.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $115,000 and $130,000 annually
- Signing bonus: $2,500.
