About the Role

Join Inova as a Physical Therapist 1 in United States. Inova Alexandria - Franconia-Springfield - Sportsplex is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist -- Physical Rehab Services to join the team. This role will be a Full-time – Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely by including all essential elements according to department policy.

Completes discharge notes that include a summary of the course of treatment, progress toward goals, discharge needs, recommendations for follow-up and patient and/or family education.
