Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities Administer screenings & comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.

Administer standardized tests/measures (ACL, Barthel Index, Functional Reach Test, Function in Sitting Test, etc.

) for each evaluation, and periodically (at least monthly, and upon planned discharge) for regulatory and documentation compliance.

Requirements

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in this state.

Must have current and up to date CPR certification.
