Key Responsibilities
- Answers telephone promptly; preferably by the third ring.
- Ensures calls are identified and properly categorized in order to forward to appropriate area within office timely and efficiently.
- Reviews voicemail messages throughout the day and responds to patients by next business day, the latest.
- Demonstrates proper telephone etiquette when receiving, transferring, and placing calls on hold.
