About the Role
Join CVHCare as a Home Health Physical Therapist – Per Diem, 6 visits/week in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm in Woodland Hills Position Summary: Initially, a PT will evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education.
- provide train on proper use of equipment.
