IT Identity Management Specialist

About the Role

LifeStance Health seeks an IT Identity Management Specialist to manage user accounts and ensure compliance. This remote role supports the Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and decommission user accounts across Office 365 and secondary systems.
• Perform monthly audits to identify inactive accounts.
• Collaborate with HR and departments for account lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain identity management documentation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in IT or related experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 administration and identity management tools.
• Experience with SSO platforms and PowerShell.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Hourly pay: $23.50 - $28.20.
