Job Description
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Physician and Primary Care Manager (PCM) at the VANCHCS.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- You may be required to serve a probationary period.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Home Care, Geriatrics, and/or Palliative Care

Work Schedule
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Provides after-hours and weekend telephone on-call from home as scheduled by the supervisor.
