This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Physician and Primary Care Manager (PCM) at the VANCHCS.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • You may be required to serve a probationary period.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in Home Care, Geriatrics, and/or Palliative Care

Work Schedule

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Provides after-hours and weekend telephone on-call from home as scheduled by the supervisor.
