About the Role

Join CHI HaH HO Mercy as a Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Provides care following the plan of treatment and patient care plan to assist in determination of palliative care eligibility.
  • Establishes a plan of care for continued needs based on the client assessment.
  • Reports changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel and the attending physician.

Requirements

  • Must have full prescriptive authority Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced, with Masters in nursing.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience Must obtain and maintain current CPR Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage according to the CommonSpirit Health at Home policy.
