About the Role

Join Treasure Coast Hospice as a Social Worker (MSW/LCSW) – Hospice, M-F 8am-4:30pm in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare * Hospice experience preferred * Two years’ experience in patient care, home care or an acute care setting * Must be self-directed; be able to work well independently, as well as a member of a team * Keep up to date professionally via education, continuing education courses, etc.

Must have the capacity to embrace a flexible work schedule to meet the patient and family needs.

Provide program development strategies for Treasure Coast Hospice, in an organized, routine capacity that wi.

develop safety plan, as indicated.

Requirements

MSW from an approved college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

Current LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the State of Florida

Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare

Hospice experience preferred
