About the Role
Join Treasure Coast Hospice as a Social Worker (MSW/LCSW) – Hospice, M-F 8am-4:30pm in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare * Hospice experience preferred * Two years’ experience in patient care, home care or an acute care setting * Must be self-directed; be able to work well independently, as well as a member of a team * Keep up to date professionally via education, continuing education courses, etc.
- Must have the capacity to embrace a flexible work schedule to meet the patient and family needs.
- Provide program development strategies for Treasure Coast Hospice, in an organized, routine capacity that wi.
- develop safety plan, as indicated.
Requirements
- MSW from an approved college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Current LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the State of Florida
- Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare
- Hospice experience preferred
