Key Responsibilities

  • will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to support patients in achieving their therapy goals.
  • should meet the following qualifications: Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state of Michigan Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff Previous experience as a COTA is preferred, particularly in home health settings, though new graduates are encouraged to apply Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes Rebound Therapies is committed to providing high-quality care and creating a supportive environment for both our patients and our team members.
