Key Responsibilities

• Provide credential

• based supervision to individuals seeking national certification in behavior analysis (i. e., BCaBA, BCBA.)

• Coach, monitor, and provide performance feedback to Behavior Specialists on:

• Assessing the classroom environment and student behavior.

Requirements

• Master’s in special education, behavior analysis, or psychology required.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Virginia Board of Medicine or license eligible.

• Experience providing credential
