Key Responsibilities
- Provide credential
- based supervision to individuals seeking national certification in behavior analysis (i. e., BCaBA, BCBA.)
- Coach, monitor, and provide performance feedback to Behavior Specialists on:
- Assessing the classroom environment and student behavior.
Requirements
- Master’s in special education, behavior analysis, or psychology required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Virginia Board of Medicine or license eligible.
- Experience providing credential
