Key Responsibilities

Provide credential

based supervision to individuals seeking national certification in behavior analysis (i. e., BCaBA, BCBA.)

Coach, monitor, and provide performance feedback to Behavior Specialists on:

Assessing the classroom environment and student behavior.

Requirements

Master’s in special education, behavior analysis, or psychology required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Virginia Board of Medicine or license eligible.
