Key Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE: Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care.

Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.

Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
