Key Responsibilities

• GENERAL PURPOSE: Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.

• Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care.

• Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.

• Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $41.8/hr.
