About the Role

Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a School-Based Therapist in United States. The School-Based Therapist works as a part of a team to provide a holistic, humanizing, and empowering learning environment for students. The School-Based Therapist provides therapeutic, case management, and consultation services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, specialists, and program leadership

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management for a caseload of school

• referred students

• Engage caregivers and school staff in the treatment process with regular discussions on student progress and needs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, psychology or related licensure

• eligible field.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure with the applicable regulatory agency responsible for licensing, examination, and enforcement of competent mental health practice standards.

• Bilingual Spanish/ Spanish Language Capacity preferred

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $73,212- $87,212 per year

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
