About the Role

Join CarDon & Associates as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Brown County/Bell Trace Split in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' speech, language, cognitive

communication, and swallowing abilities.

Coordinates admission/discharge to speech therapy with the Interdisciplinary Team, Restorative Care Nurse and staff nurses.

Provides therapy to residents under specific medical orders and in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team.

Requirements

Must be a licensed therapist who is a graduate of an accredited school.

Must have a valid Indiana Operator's license and be able to travel occasionally to other locations if needed to provide therapy coverage.

Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation therapy settings.

Benefits & Compensation

Signing bonus: $5,000.
