About the Role

Join Saint Mary's College as a Leadership & Purpose Counselor (2026 Summer) in United States. Position Description: Camp Counselors work with the Pre-College Programs Departments in supervising campers enrolled in our residential summer camp programs. The successful counselor will be compassionate, vigilant, helpful and inspirational to the young women attending camps.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible each week for the supervision and safety of 10 students, ages 14

• 18 in the residence hall, on field trips, and at all day/evening activities.

• Responsible for assisting director/instructors with classes and organized activities,

• Responsible for assisting with registration, orientation, and departure each week.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Saint Mary’s students.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
