• Requirements: Education and Training: At least one (1) year of education, training, and/or experience as a Family (Community) Nurse Practitioner.

• Experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders preferred.

• Must be certified and registered as a nurse practitioner by the NYS Education Department practicing within the scope of, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of such certifications.
