Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups.
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs, Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams.
