About the Role
Join Olympic Medical Center as a Clinical Educator in Nursing Education. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs to support staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs.
- Participate in needs assessments and quality improvement.
- Consult with department managers on competency efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Three years nursing experience, preferably medical/surgical or critical care.
- Current Washington State RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

- Salary range: $88,857.60 - $144,955.20 annually.

Work Schedule
- Day shifts.
