Requirements

• QUALIFICATIONS/LICENSE: Current Florida Physical Therapist License EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree is required.

• Must be graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy in accordance with the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.

• Master's and/or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy are preferred.
