Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualifications: New York State PT license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Physical Therapist.

• Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation Salary Range USD $90,000.

• This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $90K - $110K

• CME allowance: $5,250.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
