About the Role
Join Alexander Youth Network as a Behavioral Health Counselor - 2nd Shift in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for the clients in our treatment environment.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities consistent with the agency's Model of Care.
- You'll offer appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
- As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you'll ensure the safety of consumers and maintain the cleanliness of our Facility Based Crisis Center.
Requirements
- Education and Experience High school diploma is required.
- in a related human service field is preferred.
- Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
- Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
