Join VitalCheck as a Nurse Practitioner – Wellness Events – $130/hr in United States. Nurse Practitioner Employee Wellness Clinic | Corporate Industrial Location: Mesquite, TX and Lewisville, TX. Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099).

A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
