Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, ensuring clinical competencies are met.
• Evaluate client/patient physical conditions and address service needs.
• Coordinate care plans based on collaboration with treatment teams.

Requirements

• Advocate for and arrange medical appointments for clients/patients as required. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• FQHC: BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Additional Qualifications:
