Transplant Coordinator, RN - Transplant (Full Time)

Join Beth Israel Lahey Health as a full-time Transplant Coordinator RN at the nationally ranked BIDMC Transplant Institute. You will coordinate care for transplant recipients and live donors through all phases including evaluation, surgery, and post-transplant follow-up.

## The role involves patient education, clinic participation, lab review, and discharge planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. 3-5 years related experience preferred, with ambulatory or transplant experience a plus.
