About the Role

Join USPI as a PRN Pharmacist in United States. USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood, is seeking a motivated PRN Pharmacist to join our team. Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood is a fast-paced Surgical Hospital environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assures the accurate and timely dispensing and distribution of all pharmaceuticals.
  • Monitors drug therapy as ordered by the medical staff; suggests alternate drug therapy when appropriate.
  • Advised patients when called upon on use of medications including dosage, administration schedules, and side effects.

Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy and should ideally have 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage pharmacy technicians are also required.
