- Adheres to standards of nursing practice of McLaren Flint, which consists of systematic approach to nursing practice by using nursing process.
- Assesses and documents patient’s status on admission and continuously thereafter including procedural areas Develops written plan of care, including long and short range goals and nursing actions.
- Inpatient Units: Required: · Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.
- · BLS · ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer for units specified: 2 Central, 4 Central, CCU, ICU, PCU, ER, and 12 South Additional.
