Join Taconic Health Care as a Physical Therapist – $45-$52.24/hr, Sign-On Bonus Up to $3K in United States. Physical Therapist Location: Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon SHIFT: Full Time |Part Time | Per Diem Pay $45.00/hour to $52.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients to understand their physical condition and developing or following a treatment plan.
- Participate in family care plan meetings and educate caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
- Creating personalized fitness

Requirements
- New York State Physical Therapist licensure
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Associtation (APTA) required
- CPR certification
- Physical strength to lift between 50
