Key Responsibilities

Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients to understand their physical condition and developing or following a treatment plan.

Participate in family care plan meetings and educate caregivers and family members of clients on patient care

Creating personalized fitness

oriented health care programs for patients.

Requirements

New York State Physical Therapist licensure

Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Associtation (APTA) required

CPR certification

Physical strength to lift between 50
