About the Role

Join Greater Good Health as a Nurse Practitioner - As needed (CA license needed) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting annual wellness visits/managing high

risk primarily at the patient's residence, supplemented by telehealth

Thoroughly documenting medical histories, symptoms, and medication information

Administering various tests and screenings

Requirements

Current California Nurse Practitioner license

Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP

2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus

Working knowledge of chronic care management and various medication options

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $80/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
