About the Role

Join U. S. Renal Care as a Social Worker, Regional Manager in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care outlined in the Social Worker Job Description.

Provides communication and training for field Social workers to support clinical competencies and policies and procedures individually and/or through region or division meetings.

Drives company initiatives with colleagues and field Social workers of assigned area.

Facilitates communication of continuing education training opportunities to enhance the practice of all USRC social workers.

Requirements

Must have Master's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

five (5) years social work experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience

Additional state licensure as needed to support assigned

Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and
