Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for: Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned Key Competencies The ideal candidate demonstrates: Expertise in adolescent mental health and co-occurring conditions Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic work Effective communication with families and support systems Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum Preferred: Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
