Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and healthcare teams.

- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Requirements
- Unrestricted RN license Ability to provide credentialing documentation at least 8 weeks prior to start date
