Key Responsibilities
- Provides services in speech pathology or audiology in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
- Accepts only clients referred by the Administrator/DON and/or case manager.
- Records and reports the client's reaction to treatment and any changes in the client's condition to the physician, Administrator/DON and/or case manager.
Requirements
- $80 per visit (typical visit 1 hour) Medical specialties: Home Health Experience: Speech therapist: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Speech Language Pathology License (Required)
