Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in all pharmacist and technician activities in the fulfillment area.
- Ensure adequate staff are available to meet the needs of patients and clients.
- Implement accuracy and productivity measurements to ensure staff pharmacists meet the standards established
- Participate in training, daily monitoring, coaching, and communication with team members.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Indiana, and agree to obtain a Kentucky and Florida license within 6 months from the date of hire.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a specialty pharmacist.
