About the Role

Join PACS as a Occupational Therapist Assistant - PRN in United States. FOREST GROVE POST ACUTE Our purpose is to care for people in their moments of need. Our philosophy of caring is based on our core values and is at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
  • Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
  • Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.

Requirements

  • Record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
  • Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
  • Participate in discharge planning.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
